Full videos and video highlights from trial’s conclusion:
On March 3, 2017, the Texas Medical Board (TMB), and its Board staff concluded their multi-year long attempt to revoke Dr. Burzynski’s medical license. (This is an estimated 20th attempt at this effort since the 1980s).
For a quick explanation on how this works: The TMB’s Board Staff files the complaints and seeks a trial. Once the trial is complete, it is up to the actual TMB, as the “Board” to decide on the final outcome, based on the judges “Finding Of Fact” in their “Proposed Decision”. [Read the entire “Findings of Fact” in the “Proposed Decision here].
While the Board’s Staff sought to revoke Dr. Burzynski’s medical license, they failed. According to the judges, it was found that 94% of the charges against Dr. Burzynski were unproven, with 6% of the Board’s charges were considered true. But this 6% was based on “documentation issues”, such as bookkeeping errors. Of the non-documentation issues, things that specifically have to do with the actual practice of medicine, the Judges found that they failed to prove 99.996% of the charges against Burzynski, while proving 0.004% of the charges.

Hi!I saw your conclusion on what happened
“While the Board’s Staff sought to revoke Dr. Burzynski’s medical license, they failed. According to the judges, it was found that 94% of the charges against Dr. Burzynski were false, with 6% of the Board’s charges were considered true. Of the non-documentation issues, things that specifically have to do with the actual practice of medicine, the Judges found that 99.996% of the charges were false, with 0.004% being true.”
Could you give me some context on those percentages, i don’t know where did you take this values, could you reference me a table with timestamps or a table exhibiting the situations that in turn correspond to this values?

Hi, I didn’t take these values myself, these percentages were calculated by Burzynski’s legal team. The values were stated on March 3, 2017 before the TMB in the video by the lawyers. They were based on the Judge’s “Proposed Decision and Findings of Fact”, which can be read here:

I have followed Dr Burzynski’s work for many years from over here in the UK and a few years ago was fortunate to communicate with him directly. I am so very pleased with the correct ‘legal’ result being achieved and congratulate Dr Burzynski and his team for his dedication to a ‘natural’ cure for cancer. One without side effects, pain and one which targets specific areas and does not cause widespread damage to surrounding tissues and organs.
Dr Burzynski I salute you, your work, your supporters, your patients and your team. Well done Sir!

I wan’t to commend Dr Burzynski on his amazing alternative to standard oncology treatment. It’s sad and pathetic to see how the lawmakers and stakeholders continue to try to discredit him. Dr. Burzynski is a brilliant genius and I’m so thankful that he exist in this world. To all the people that oppose Dr. Burzynski’s methods, you are as evil as the cancer that he treats.

Dr. Burzynski ought to be glorified, rather than villified by the FDA, the Texas Medical Board of Examiners, and Big Pharma, whose agenda is to thwart the efforts of this great Healer. To think outside the box in the treatment of Cancer, has cost this doctor from etching out a livelihood, while being barred from receiving health insurance money. America does not want a cure for Cancer, they want to preserve the status quo by practicing medicine that has long become obsolete. The FDA has alligned itself with the evil forces out there to prevent Dr. Burzynski from succeeding in treating many cancer patients, whose doctors have labeled as terminally ill. The mass number of oncologists are practicing medicine that does more harm to their patients than good. If cancer were to be eradicated like former Vice President Joe Biden calls for, the genie must be put back into the bottle, barring the FDA from raiding doctor’s medical offices and from interferring with the doctor-patient relationship out there. It is anybody’s guest , what immeasurable damage the FDA has cost in the loss of human lives, and how many decades the FDA has reversed the progress of the advancement of cancer treatment. Cancer drugs are so expensive, nobody in government has challenged the pharmaceuticals in how they derive in justifying their excessive cost of their drugs. As a result, many are sent home to die, and deprived of invaluable cancer treatment from Dr. Burzynski.
